Carl Drew
FOUNDER / DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
When the earthquake of 2010 hit Haiti, Carl stepped in to help AWI mobilize supplies and provide medical aid.
While in Haiti, Carl cast a vision of what the future could hold for the people of Haiti, in the way of having a permanent medical clinic that could serve them in a powerful way. He then went to work on that mission, fully devoting his life's energy to help make that dream a reality for AWI and the people of Haiti.
Carl graduated from Wabash College with degrees in Psychology and Chemistry. He is a certified EMT and Wilderness First Responder, and has been honored as a Paul Harris Fellow for "service to others" from Rotary International.

Heather Drew
ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Heather joined us on one of our first medical relief trips after the earthquake of 2010.
